About Me
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."
– Helen Keller
By better understanding who we are, how we like to think, our strengths and weaknesses, I believe that we can achieve much much more together because we can intentionally compliment each other's blind spots and be able to bring out the best in each other.
How I view success
- I believe a life well lived is one where I can look back and say that I have contributed to others, made a difference to our society, and made some amazing friendships along the way.
- If I can leave the people and organisations I meet with a bit more self awareness, direction, confidence, capability and capacity to achieve their goals without my on-going help then I have succeed.
- Success to me is when I constantly learn and improve. Since I can't always control the results and my ambitions are big, it is inevitable that I may experience failure. So instead of pinning my self worth against failure or the absence of failure, I want to draw power from the process. No matter what outcome, I can always learn something and no one can take that away from me.
- Achieving without concern and awareness for the impact I have on my surroundings is not success. Success to me is cognizant of the triple bottom line and eventuates in a net benefit.
